We provide a comprehensive range of decontamination equipment testing and support services. This includes Annual Validation (PVI), Periodic Testing in line with HTM 01-05 and manufacturer recommendations, and UKAS-traceable calibration with certification supplied. Every service is supported with a same-day or next-day documentation pack, containing results, certificates, logbook entries, and recommendations. For practices requiring regulatory compliance, we also offer full PSSR support, including assistance with arranging your Written Scheme of Examination and Pressure Vessel Inspection with a Competent Person.


We work with a wide range of leading brands in the industry. This includes MELAG models such as Vacuklav, Prime Line, and Careclave; the Eschmann Little Sister range, including SES 2000 and 2010; W&H models including Lisa, Lara, Lyla, and Lina; Midmark autoclaves such as DentiSure; and Newmed models such as Kronos and SterilClave. We can also provide support for other brands on request, ensuring that your practice is fully covered regardless of the equipment in use.


Yes, in addition to servicing and testing, we also supply and install both autoclaves and reverse osmosis (RO) systems. This enables us to provide a complete solution for practices, whether you require new equipment, replacements, or upgrades to existing systems.


Our RO solutions are tailored to meet the specific needs of your practice. We install compact under-sink units for smaller practices, as well as centralised systems for larger sites. We provide servicing and filter changes to ensure systems continue to operate effectively, alongside water quality checks, including conductivity testing, as part of the annual autoclave validation process. For practices considering a move away from bottled water, we can provide advice and guidance on upgrading to an efficient and sustainable RO supply.

Following each service, you will receive a comprehensive report pack, usually delivered the same day or next day. This includes all relevant test results, calibration certificates, logbook entries, and any recommendations for maintaining compliance and performance.


Yes. All of our testing is carried out in accordance with HTM 01-05 guidance and the specific recommendations of equipment manufacturers. Our test equipment is UKAS-traceable, and certificates are provided to confirm full compliance. We offer full support with regulatory compliance, including assistance with PSSR requirements. This involves helping practices arrange their Written Scheme of Examination and Pressure Vessel Inspection with a Competent Person, ensuring compliance is maintained without disruption.
