What's included

Standard Service
Manufacturer-recommended service to keep your kit running, safe and warranty-compliant. Engineer attends, services the unit, replaces consumable parts, leaves you with the paperwork.
PVI
A legal requirement under the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000. Independent insurance-led inspection of the pressure vessel inside your autoclave — separate from the service.
Validation
Performance testing that proves your kit is hitting its target temperatures, pressures and cycle times. Required for HTM 01-05 best-practice operation. Validation certificate is what the CQC will ask for.
PAT Testing
Electrical safety testing of portable appliances across your practice. Reduces risk of shock, electrical fires and helps meet workplace health and safety obligations. Add it to any service visit.
